Our pit masters will deliver, set-up, staff, and serve your guest while keeping your buffet table stocked. BBQ is presented the only way we know how: beautiful cast-iron cookware and bakeware for a traditional cookout experience.
**Fee: 15% of total meal balance (includes staffing, gratuity, breakdown, and clean-up)
Delivery + Set-up Only
Our team will deliver and set-up your BBQ buffet, and then let you take control of the event. Free delivery for locations within a 15 mi. radius of South Bend, IN. There will be a delivery fee for all other locations.

Catering with Mad Bull BBQ is always stress-free! This starts with an assignment of a dedicated food coordinator on day one of your booking. Your food coordinator will walk you through the entire process to ensure we get the details just right.
Complimentary Tasting
Our process begins with a complimentary tasting to help you customize your wedding package. From there, we will help you narrow down your menu selections and all the add-on stations you can imagine. Our tastings are not only complimentary, but 100% private. You and your love may invite 2 additional guests to help you create the perfect BBQ spread.

Lyv, Dai and the Mad Bull BBQ team catered our recent welcome bbq for our wedding weekend and did an AMAZING job! Everything was so tasty and all of our guests raved about the great food and service! MAD BULL BBQ catered our Event this weekend….and “The Half Has Not Been Told!” Timely delivery, professional set-up, friendly cohesive Team! The Ribs-So Tender! Seasoned so well don’t need sauce! This weekend I had the honor of experiencing Mad Bull BBQ for a catered event. The ribs were “Dollar Store” knife tender(and had the tips on them). The sausage was made with premium meats and were seasoned well. THE SIDES: greens, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and Cole slaw were done perfectly. It was reminiscent of good ol’ southern style cooking made with love. That mustard sauce was to die for…and there was even a honey glaze for the cornbread. Highly recommend… 10/10
